Global Alliance for Human Rights (GAHR) is a dedicated non-profit organization based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, committed to advocating for the rights and well-being of marginalized communities, particularly People Living with HIV (PLHIV), Women Living with HIV (WLHIV), and Children Living with HIV (CLHIV). Established in 2011, GAHR has been instrumental in addressing stigma, discrimination, and social injustices through legal aid, advocacy, and community support programs.
Vision: To create an inclusive and just society where every individual, regardless of their health status, gender, or background, can live with dignity, access essential healthcare, and enjoy their fundamental rights.

At GAHR, we serve as catalysts for change, striving to provide justice and support to those affected by HIV/AIDS in India. With over 2000 PLHIV members and growing, we address the stigma, discrimination, and isolation faced by individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Indian society. Our advocacy efforts include demanding inclusion in government healthcare schemes, providing legal aid, organizing health camps, and empowering women and adolescents affected by HIV/AIDS.
1. Established a Dedicated Legal Aid Clinic for PLHIV to avail legal rights under HIV/AIDS ACT 2017.
2. Inclusion of HIV-Positive children under Government schemes such as Palanhar Yojana.
3. Positive Ladli Flagship Program- GAHR is committed towards empowering young women through provision of scholarship .
4. Health Camps - Advocacy for the inclusion of PLHIV in national healthcare and organising health camps to reduce
5. Established Care Homes and Community Care Centres for counselling and Rehabilitation of PLHIV.
6. Organizing Mega Stakeholder Consultation events and Workshops at GAHR
7. Organizing Mega campaigns for uplifting the rights and recognition of PLHIV, LGBTQ+ Communities, women and children.
